Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem. Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the cauliflower steaks for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, parsley, thyme, lemon juice, and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil to make the garlic herb sauce.
- Once roasted, drizzle the garlic herb sauce over the steaks and serve warm.
