Potato Chips With Crème Fraîche

Ingredients
- ¼ cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1 ounce White Sturgeon Caviar
- 8-12 potato chips
- Fresh chives or dill, minced
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients. Prepare a serving tray for the caviar, crème fraîche, potato chips, and chives. (You can assemble the potato chips ahead, or allow guests to assemble themselves).
- Add crème fraîche. Top each potato chip with a small dollop of crème fraîche.
- Add Caviar. Add ½ a teaspoon of caviar on top of the crème fraîche.
- Garnish. Add a small amount of minced chives and serve.

Notes
- Serving: If caviar is the main flavor you want guests to taste on an appetizer, use about ½ teaspoon per serving. This will give you about 8-10 servings per 1-ounce tin.
